-Automotive work, especially on my 2004 Jeep Wrangler which has lead to learning skills such as welding, suspension geometry calculation, and differential gearing setup.  It's continued restoration and upgrades know no rest.

-Computer building and Homelab.  I maintain an Active Directory environment at home on a Hyper-V cluster using local and NAS storage hosting media and a variety of dedicated gaming servers using Ubiquiti, Avaya, and Cisco networking equipment.

-Camping and Backpacking, originally done through Boy Scouts of America but has continued with a group of both Eagle Scouts and other hobbyist friends.

-Photography, generally for my own entertainment, though I have done some voluntary work for weddings and other events with my personal Canon camera bodies and lenses.

-Travel when possible, domestic and globally.  I've had the opportunity to travel abroad and visit Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Ireland and Canada, hopefully with more to come.  This, especially, is where I love photography.

-Electronics development with a few friends involving microcontrollers such as Arduino, Atmel atmega and attiny, and Raspberry Pi.  Co-founded electronics company Omega-I, Inc.

-Boating and powerboat maintenance on a 1988 Chris-Craft 19' open-bow.  It's been my project for the last few years, having struck a great bargain, it's been improving ever since.

-PA sound equipment operation, repair, and collection has been a hobby which evolved into my side-gig: freelance sound work for events with local bands, backyard parties, weddings, conferences, and larger venues using my personally owned public address systems.  QSC, JBL, RCF, Soundcraft, Yorkville, Allen & Heath, and Yamaha PA equipment. 

-Hi-Fi and Theater audio.  I've constructed my own home theater with brands including Mark Levinson, Marantz, Klipsch, Sansui, AudioTechnica, Yamaha, VMPS, Polk, Sony, JVC, Denon, and Pioneer.  Vinyl Record collection.
